Maybe I'm wrong on this, but how are those "throwback" uniforms for the Falcons? I mean, when the Falcons wore those red helmets, they also wore red jerseys, no?
Also, thank you Mark Richt for getting rid of that ridiculous black stripe Donnan had added down the middle of Georgia's helmets.
The uniforms do look similar. Maybe thats why I like them so much.
The Falcons have announced "throwback" uniform days ahead of time. Great idea. Long enough for the fans to get invloved. This is merely a FUN thing to do, and I think it will look very very cool on TV.

Earl - The Falcons throwback unis are from 1966, their 1st year in the ATL and the color scheme is correct.
